Karlene joined Crux Wealth Advisors in 2023 at our Greenwood Village, CO office as a Branch Receptionist. In her role, she is responsible for a broad scope of responsibilities. She establishes the welcoming environment for our office and greets our clients, answers, and directs phone calls, updates calendars, and schedules meetings, among many other administrative tasks.
With each interaction, Karlene’s goal is to ensure that our clients have a seamless experience. To her, this means making sure our clients feel welcomed and valued by directing them to the appropriate personnel, giving them the utmost confidence that our organization can help to meet all their needs. Karlene is meticulous when approaching her work. She is detailed oriented and efficient when tackling her responsibilities to accomplish as much as possible to achieve an end goal.
Before joining our team, Karlene was an Administrative Assistant with Ambler Keenan Mitchell Johnson, an estate planning firm in Denver, CO.
I was born and raised in Colorado, where I am fortunate to have raised my three fantastic children here, Zachary, Brittany, and Brianna.
In my free time, I love to travel with my boyfriend, Gary. In the past few years, I’ve been fortunate to have taken many memorable trips. These trips include destinations such as Hawaii, Santa Fe and Tucson, NM, Cabo San Lucas, MX, Belize, and many getaways around our beautiful state. We love visiting National Parks, especially with our sweet dog, a Cockapoo, Zion. There’s no coincidence between our dog’s name and our love of National Parks!
I love keeping up with our Colorado sports teams as well, especially the Denver Nuggets, Denver Broncos, and the Colorado Avalanche.
Time spent with my family is most important to me. That time is even better when it involves some delicious Mexican cuisine or relaxing at one of the many local breweries with my boyfriend, Gary, and Zion!
