As our Vice President of Organization and Development, Kelsey takes an innovative approach to streamline business efforts, allowing us to expand the reach of our company. Her passion is elevating others to do their best work by providing the resources and support to be successful. With her exceptional follow-through, organization, and friendly demeanor, Kelsey goes above and beyond to set Crux Wealth Advisors apart from the rest.
As a key member of our leadership team, she drives the progress of our business objectives, mission and strategy. Kelsey is also responsible for ensuring business functions run smoothly by working closely with our team members to create a can-do culture. She is dedicated to ongoing improvement and is constantly seeking innovative ways to drive operational efficiency through scalable, repeatable processes, helping us deliver an exceptional client experience.
Prior to joining Crux Wealth Advisors in 2023, Kelsey held the position of Chief Operating Officer for one of our affiliate offices, where she played an instrumental role in their successful transition in 2016 and contributed to their growth and success. Prior to, she worked for Raymond James corporate, as well as two other prominent financial firms. Kelsey earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona.
I’m originally from the beautiful small town of Sun Valley, Idaho. After a childhood of long winters, I was seeking sunshine and the opportunity to make a bigger impact. I moved to Arizona for college and later met my husband, Matt. We now live in Seattle and love everything the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
Growing up in the mountains gave me a love for the outdoors. You can usually find me on a hiking trail with our dog, tending to my garden, or fishing in the Puget Sound. My passion for exploration began when I studied abroad in college, and it has since grown into a lifelong pursuit to see more of the world.
Being active in my community is at the heart of my values. I am involved with the Seattle Children’s Guild and I mentor young women through several other organizations
