Joyce joined Robert J Ellis Financial Advisors, a legacy partner of Crux Wealth Advisors in 2023 at our Orchard Park, NY, office as a Client Service Associate. She provides critical and proactive support to our financial advisors and is a trusted point of contact for our clients. Joyce is an efficient problem-solver and dedicated to enhancing client relationships through exceptional client servicing and administration.
Joyce’s friendly nature, paired with her meticulous attention to detail, ensures that she will accomplish projects promptly and correctly while ensuring our clients and her coworkers have a positive experience working with her. She is driven by helping others and is fulfilled by aiding in the process of preparing our clients for a successful retirement.
Before joining our team, Joyce gained extensive experience in human resources for 15 years and then transitioned to the financial services industry. She was a Client Associate for Merrill Lynch, and, most recently, a Relationship Manager for Ancile Advisors. Both roles gave her the opportunity to develop and grow relevant essential skills that she applies to our team each day. Joyce graduated from Canisius College with a bachelor’s degree in Communications.
I am originally from East Aurora, NY, and have lived in the WNY area my entire life. My daughter, Ashley, currently lives in Florida and attends Florida Gulf Coast University, and my younger son, Evan, attends St. John Fisher University in Rochester, NY.
In my free time, I enjoy giving back to the local community through volunteer opportunities with Hospice and the Alzheimer’s Association. I love to be outdoors, whether kayaking or biking, and I appreciate the opportunity to explore beautiful landscapes. Time spent with my friends and family is most important to me, from traveling to new places, trying new endeavors or spending a casual night at home with my four-legged family members.
