I was born in San Diego, CA, and grew up in Upstate New York. I consider myself incredibly lucky that my wife, Lindsay, and I are raising our children, Chloe, Jack Fox, and Zander Wolf, in the same place where I grew up and have many fond memories.
I'm constantly training and competing in Ironman 70.3 events when I'm not at work. I am a QDA CrossFit member, a member of the University of Buffalo master's swim team, and a Rise Fitness cycling instructor. I also enjoy getting outdoors and trail running at Chestnut Ridge Park.
My family is my pride and joy, and we spend as much time together as possible. From hanging out at the pool, going to the beach, or taking a family hike, we love to spend time together and keep active.
I am always pursuing excellence at home and in my career, and I believe that going outside my comfort zone is imperative to growth. I am also committed to giving back to my community. I participated in Leadership Buffalo and am a graduate of 2015 Rising Leaders. I am also a former board member and currently volunteer with West Side Community Services and assist with Hope Rises and FeedMore WNY.
