Vanessa joined the Crux Wealth Advisors team at our Cobleskill, NY office in 2022 as a Client Relationship Manager. She plays an essential role in the function of our office and handles many responsibilities. These duties include preparing a weekly meeting report, communicating with clients to address questions and concerns, scheduling appointments, and running monthly reports, which she uses to extract critical data that will be beneficial to our advisors.

Through her honesty and dedication to accountability, Vanessa works hard to gain knowledge on new processes and isn't afraid to ask for clarification, ensuring she is up to date on trends and procedures. Her goal is to provide the best service possible to our clients and advisors so that meetings run efficiently, our clients are informed of upcoming service opportunities, and their overall experience is seamless and exceeds expectations. She enjoys the noticeable impact her role has on our clients' lives due to the support she provides in planning that helps our clients achieve their goals.

Vanessa is enrolled at Western Governors University to pursue her bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business Administration.
