Steve joined the Crux Wealth Advisors team at our Buffalo, NY location in 2021 as a Senior Wealth Management Advisor. His role is essential on our team because he works closely with his clients to help achieve long-term financial objectives.

The ability to truly comprehend a client’s needs and goals are essential in the financial planning process, which is precisely Steve’s top priority. His approach to financial planning is disciplined yet flexible. He first listens carefully to each of his client’s unique situations to help them with prioritization and financial goal setting. Once goals are established, Steve can begin the customized financial planning process that he thoroughly designs for each client. He takes this approach to ensure his clients feel confident and comfortable with their current financial situation and future outlook.

Steve takes an active role in the planning process and has developed countless meaningful working relationships. He guides them through the financial planning process and makes himself available when his clients need financial advice and solutions.

Steve enjoys working in a team-based setting because he’s able to combine his passion for collaboration with his main objective of making a lasting impact on the lives of others. Before joining our team, Steve gained beneficial experience in the financial services industry. He began his career interning with M&T Bank in 2009 and advanced to M&T Securities Buffalo/Baltimore/DC in 2011 as a Financial Advisor. In 2016, he transitioned to TIAA in Buffalo as a Wealth Management Advisor. Steve graduated from D’Youville College with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and History.
