Pam joined Crux Wealth Advisors as a Client Services Manager at our Tucson, Arizona office in 2022. Her role requires her to be involved in many essential responsibilities that allow our office to run smoothly and efficiently. Pam regularly communicates with our financial advising team, manages calls and appointments, greets visitors, processes a variety of accounts, prepares our team for client appointments, and is a trusted point of contact for our clients to reach out to as a resource, among many other duties. Pam also manages business development tasks such as processes approved marketing mailings, handles logistics for events, and, most importantly, builds meaningful and lasting relationships with our clients.
Pam makes it a priority to work tirelessly on behalf of our clients. She cares deeply for our clients and their families and shows that through her loyalty and dependability. Her strong work ethic is tied to her desire to play a part in helping our clients reach their goals and create a lasting bond where our team becomes like family on our client’s financial journey.
Before joining our team, Pam also had a successful career in multiple industries. She served as a Branch Office Administrator from 2016-2021with Edward Jones. From 1982-2008, Pam was the President of Coffee Break, an office coffee service that was the largest independently owned service in El Paso, TX, and Southern New Mexico.
I was born and raised in Texas and spent most of my life there raising my family and building a thriving business in a place that holds many great memories for my family and me. I lost my beloved husband, Stephen, in 2016, and while he is still missed more than words can express, his memory lives on through his legacy and endless beautiful memories. Today, my greatest joy comes from the time spent with my youngest granddaughters. We love our time together, and I am blessed to live in the same town. I also have many close friends whose friendship I deeply cherish. I consider myself a “foodie,” so I love to try new local restaurants with friends and family and enjoy delicious treats together!
Being active in our local community has always been very important to me and a passion. For more than 26 years, I served in children’s ministries, as Sunday School Director, Vacation Bible School, and other roles. I also served in AWANA for 16 years – ten as the Director and then six as the Commander, which required me to lead the entire program in a large church. I also worked with the Director of Gospel Ministries to teach others how to lead/teach Good News Clubs in schools and apartment complexes in El Paso, TX.
Before moving to Tucson, AZ, I was already affiliated with a church in Tucson. I helped them with their Good News clubs and served in AWANA when I was in town. I also represented them at Ignite Tucson as a speaker in a breakout group. Ignite is a city-wide expo for children’s ministry, which was a compelling experience for me. I eventually became Director of Women’s Ministry and served in that capacity for nearly five years.
