Nicole joined the Crux Wealth Advisors team in 2022 as an Office Manager at our Clifton Park, NY office. She has a variety of crucial responsibilities that ensure our office runs efficiently and our clients have a positive experience working with our team. She plays an active role in the many functions of our business, such as client service, business operations, financial planning support, and transactions.
Nicole is attentive to details and believes strongly that the little things about our clients are actually big things that make a difference. Therefore, she tries to personalize each client's experience but never waivers from her approach, including being kind and considerate in each interaction. She enjoys helping others and building a solid rapport with our clients and their families, as they seek to reach their goals.
Before joining our team, Nicole held other positions in the financial services industry. She began her career as a Lead Teller with HSBC and then transitioned to First Niagara Bank as a Client Service Representative III. Nicole earned a master's degree from the University of Phoenix and a bachelor's degree from SUNY Oneonta.
I was born and raised in Utica, NY, and then spent a significant part of my upbringing in Amsterdam, NY. My husband, Rob, and I are the proud parents of our children, Isabella and Luca. We love to spend time together as a family. I also like to be involved in our community and am a parishioner at the Church of the Immaculate Conception in Glenville, NY, and Starpoint Church in Clifton Park, NY.
In my spare time, I enjoy getting together with our friends, attending concerts, going to the movies, bike riding, and getting lost in a great book. During football season, you can find me cheering on the NY Giants. I'm a loyal fan and have been since I was six!
